Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

If you cannot make changes via our online portal, you must contact the office either by email or phone to change or cancel your appointment.

If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, but more than 2 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the full service price.

If you provide less than 2 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the full service price to the card on file.

Illness and severe weather may be exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
